How do I set up direct deposit?

In most cases, your employer will set up direct deposit for you if you provide:

  • Our name: AdelFi
  • Our routing and transit number (RTN): 322273379
  • Your account number

If you're employer doesn't have a form, you can use this Direct Deposit Setup Form.

How can I make deposits to my account?

You have numerous deposit options:

  • Visit one of over 5,000 CO-OP shared branch locations make deposits to your AdelFi accounts.
  • Use deposit-taking ATMs in the United States that are part of the credit union network. To find an ATM near you, use the CO-OP ATM locator tool. (Be sure to use the advanced search function and check the box for a deposit-taking ATM.)
  • Deposit checks from your mobile device using AdelFi's mobile check deposit.
  • Direct deposit electronically. This is a quick and secure way to deposit things like payroll from your employer or transfer funds from accounts at other financial institutions.
  • Mail your deposit to our office.
What are the transfer limits?
  • Consumer Daily Limit: $25,000
  • Consumer Monthly Limit: $50,000
  • Commercial Daily Limit: $50,000
  • Commercial Monthly Limit: $100,000

How do I make deposits to my account?

You have a variety of deposit options:

  • Deposit cash or checks in deposit-taking ATMs in the United States that are part of the credit union network. To find an ATM near you, use the CO-OP ATM locator tool. (Be sure to use the advanced search function and check the box for a deposit-taking ATM.)
  • Deposit checks from your mobile phone using the AdelFi App.
  • Deposit checks from your office with Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Mail your deposit to our office. Contact us to request bank-by-mail envelopes and deposit slips.
  • Interbank transfers or wires from another financial institution.
  • Our Correspondent Banking and Shared Branching solutions will give you an in-branch option at a local bank in your area.
What are the transfer limits?

How do I get a replacement PIN?

If you forgot your PIN or want to request a new one, contact Member Services via a secure online banking message or call 800.921.1130 from the United States and Canada or 714.575.5705 internationally.

PINs are mailed to the account address on file.

The fee for a replacement PIN is $5. If you request RUSH delivery of a replacement PIN, the fee is $40.

You can also access cash management services like ACH, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, Information Reporting, Wires and more.

When will deposited money be available?

A deposit received before 5:00 p.m. (PT) on a business day* is generally made available within 3-4 hours of the deposit being submitted. A deposit made after 5:00 p.m. will be made available on the following business day*.

AdelFi may place holds based on your account balance(s) and history. If holds are placed, then up to $300 of your deposit is generally available the next business day*. Up to $6,000.00 of your deposit is generally made available within 2 business days. The remaining amount will be available on the 7th business day.

*Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Inform us immediately.

For debit cards: Call 888.241.2510 in the United States or 909.941.1398 internationally.

For credit cards: Call 800.VISA.911 in the United States or 410.581.9994 internationally.

After receiving your information, we will block your card and order your new card and PIN per your instructions.

How do I check the status of my application?

Once you submit your application, you will receive your own portal for communication with our team. To check the status of your application, click here . You will be required to provide your last name, the email address used on your application, and your Social Security Number or ITIN. You will be able to view the status of your loan, message with our team, and upload documents using this link. It's very important to use this link to respond to messages and provide requested documents.

How long is a pre approval letter valid?

Pre Approvals are good for 30 days.

Can I change my amount?

You are approved for all amounts under your approved amount. For a higher amount, we will review your request and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Online banking is accessible on both MAC and Windows operating systems. We recommend the following for the best experience:

  • Windows 7, 8.1, and 10
  • MAC OS x 10.9-10.13

Online banking is supported on most major browsers. We recommend the following for the best experience:

  • Microsoft Edge current version plus the previous two versions. Edge is not supported on MAC OS X 10.10
  • Firefox® current version plus the last two versions.
  • Google Chrome current version plus the previous two versions.
  • Apple Safari® current version plus the last two versions.
  • NOTE: For a more secure experience, AdelFi uses TLS 1.2 Security Protocol for online banking.

Mobile App

The AdelFi App for iPhone is compatible with the two most recent versions of iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. AdelFi recommends the latest version for the best experience.

The AdelFi App for Android is compatible with Android O.S. with the two most recent versions. However, for the best experience, AdelFi recommends the latest version.

Does it work with my phone or tablet to deposit a check?
Your device must have at least a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus.

Fingerprint Login / Touch ID

Fingerprint Login is currently only available for login authentication on eligible Android devices. This free feature is pending the following operating system, hardware, and release requirements.

  • Samsung Galaxy S7 or higher
  • Nexus 7 or newer
  • Google Pixel first generation or newer

Touch Authentication is currently only available for login authentication on eligible Apple iOS devices. This is a free feature, pending the following operating system, hardware, and release requirements:

  • iOS 10 or higher
  • iPhone 5S/6/6 Plus or newer
  • The latest generation iPad with Touch ID sensor
