AdelFi Remote Deposit Capture
Our remote deposit capture service allows you to scan and deposit checks directly from your office. AdelFi sets you up with a desktop scanner and deposit software that allows you to follow an easy step-by-step process to deposit batches of checks when it’s convenient for you. Your funds are securely submitted online, and the software helps reduce the risk of making duplicate deposits. Most important, you can access your deposit records at any time and export them into your financial management system.
AdelFi Mobile Check Deposit
Use your smartphone to deposit checks into the account of your choice using the AdelFi mobile banking app. Simply log into the app, open the mobile deposit function, and follow these steps to deposit your check.
- Endorse your check
- Below the signature, write “For Mobile Deposit Only”
- Enter the deposit amount
- Take a picture of the front of the check following the prompts
- Take a picture of the back of the check following the prompts
- Select the account that you wish to deposit the funds to
You may deposit up to $10,000 each business day. Deposits received before 5:00 p.m. PT are generally available within 3-4 hours. Deposits after 5 p.m. will be made available the following business day.
